JOB DESCRIPTION
Set up, program as may be necessary, and operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, boring machines, CNC equipment, and grinders, to machine metallic and nonmetallic work pieces by performing the necessary steps according to drawings provided by the company?s engineering department.
Familiarity with the programs and equipment used such as chop saws, band saws, grinders, sanders, and buffers.
Qualification:
At least 25 ? 45 yrs old.
Have at least 5yrs up exp. in Cement Manufacturing Machineries
Reasonable ability to perform routine, repetitive, and/or physical tasks.
Reasonable ability to follow standardized oral and written instructions.
Reasonable ability to work and cooperate in a team effort, when necessary, to
successfully complete an assignment.
Reasonable knowledge of and ability to practice standard safety techniques.
Knowledge in the following areas: assembly; parts; machining; machining symbols; ability to read and understand drawings; CNC operation; quality control; and safety.
Effective mathematical skills are required.
Must be able to repetitively use arms, hands, and fingers in the manipulation of parts.
Must demonstrate good hand/eye coordination. Must demonstrate good manual dexterity.
Must be able to read, evaluate and respond to product specifications and drawings, and perform normal math calculations easily.
Must be familiar and comfortable with various machinery. Must have strong general mechanical skills.
Willing to be assigned at Norzagaray, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan
